To submit a "Maintenance Request" for your apartment, use the form below. By doing so, you are giving us permission to enter your apartment to resolve your problem at our earliest convenience and we will attempt to resolve your problem in a timely fashion.
If your Maintenance Request is not resolved within three (3) business days and we have not called you, please assume that we did not receive your service request. In that case, please contact the MASON GRAND Management Office (513)770-6700 or re-submit the Maintenance Request form.
