- Go to https://www.PaymentServiceNetwork.com/payeeid.asp?acc=rt24465 and follow online prompts. Or call 877-390-7368. Your first call should be between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. You will speak with a PSN customer representative who will register you and take your first payment.
- Once registered, any future calls are easy automated phone payments (24/7).
To pay RENT by Credit/Debit Card, available online only:
- Go to https://www.PaymentServiceNetwork.com/login.asp?acc=rt24464, follow the directions above. PSN will add a $48.40 fee to credit and debit card payments to cover the cost of credit card processing fees.
To pay APPLICATION FEES by Credit/Debit Card, available online only:
- Go to https://www.PaymentServiceNetwork.com/payeeid.asp?acc=rt24465, follow the directions above. PSN will add a $16.50 fee to credit and debit card payments to cover the cost of credit card processing fees.
